An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expanding, innovative administration team for the MSK CSS/IPASS/BLIS Services, in the role of Administration Officer. The post is on a permanent band 3 contract, based at our Finchampstead clinic, just outside of Wokingham. We are currently offering flexible home and office working.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, with a warm personality, and great people skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Use electronic patient booking systems, including E-Referrals and RIO to facilitate an efficient referral and booking process.
  • Use and support a variety of digital & electronic applications systems – including Webex, our flexible telephone system.
  • Be an accessible and central point of contact for service users, including patients and GP’s.
  • Take responsibility for assigning caseloads / task management.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise methods of communication as you will be dealing with a variety of referral and patient related queries.
