St Anne’s Academy is seeking an Administration Officer on a maternity cover basis. The role involves providing administrative and general support across the academy, assisting with student queries, and covering the Visitor’s Reception desk.
It is a full-time equivalent position but position is pro rata for term time plus 4 days. Candidates should have strong administrative, organisational, ICT, MS Office and database skills, with a proactive, flexible mindset and team spirit.

36 hours 40 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, actual pro rata salary £22,164 to £22,872 pa

We wish to appoint an Administration Officer from 1 November 2026 to cover a period of maternity leave, working within a busy and varied multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative and general support for whole academy activities. The successful postholder will also assist with student queries in line with academy procedures and provide cover for the Visitor’s Reception desk.
