Position: Administration Officer
Location: Customer Service Centre, Francis Street, Hull
Salary: £27,177 - £28,607 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
This role is based within the Property Services Hub in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) in Hull. The Property Services Hub focuses on customer service excellence and delivers a range of services for Housing, Homeownership, and Commercial & Residential properties, covering over 100,000 properties. The Administration Officer will support our maintenance function by raising repair orders, handling queries, and providing information to customers and partners.
