Napier Community Primary & Nursery Academy is seeking an Administration Officer to join its friendly, supportive team. The role focuses on efficient administration, greeting visitors, and coordinating tasks to keep the school running smoothly.
You will work 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with term-time style scheduling, and be part of a committed team dedicated to providing every child with a high‑quality education.
We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking Administration Officer with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
Salary : Medway Scale 04, Point 7-11 FTE £27,274 to £29,070 (EA £20,515 - £21,866)
Hours : 32.5 / 39 Weeks per year
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 15.30 with a 30-minute unpaid daily break
As the Administration Officer you will be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task. Being the first point of contact for all visitors you'll create a warm and welcoming environment demonstrating a calm and confident manner.
