West Sussex County Council is seeking an Administration Officer to deliver a customer-focused and efficient administrative service within the Highways, Transport and Planning directorate. You will prioritise tasks to support team objectives and perform a range of duties from organising meetings to updating council IT systems.
The role requires excellent communication, strong IT and numeracy skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce minutes, reports and financial records.

The Highways, Transport and Planning (HTP) Directorate is part of the Place Services Department of West Sussex County Council.
