What the role involves

You are unique. And so are our working hours for this position. Depending on your availability, the position could be either full-time (40h/week) or part-time (minimum 25h/week). We will tailor the tasks accordingly.

You will oversee the administration of a busy UK/Ireland sales office:

  • In tandem with the Sales Manager UK, you will lead the team (10 employees) of our UK/Ireland subsidiary with 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure efficient processes for administration and stock control.
  • Manage the entire sales order process from quote to invoice.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping.
  • Serve as the main contact for the German headquarters regarding Accounting & HR, as well as external consultants and service providers.
  • Create and maintain various financial reports.
  • Address compliance and legal questions.
  • Organize and execute inventory management.
  • Manage general office administration with a strong IT affinity.
