Job description

What the role involves?

You are unique. And so are our working hours for this position. Depending on your availability, the position could be either full time (40h a week) or part time (minimum 25h a week). We will fine-tune the tasks according to your availability.

You will oversee the administration of a busy UK/Ireland sales office:

  • In tandem with the Sales Manager UK, you will lead the team (10 employees) of our UK/Ireland subsidiary, with 2 people reporting directly to you.
  • Ensuring efficient processes for administrative tasks and stock control.
  • Administration of the entire sales order process from quote/order to invoice.
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping.
  • Main point of contact for the German headquarters for Accounting & HR, as well as external consultants and service providers.
  • Creating and maintaining various financial reports.
  • Main point of contact for compliance & legal questions.
  • Organising and executing inventory management.
  • General office administration with a strong IT affinity.
