The successful candidate must have previous experience managing a small team, ideally with at least two years' experience managing and developing staff. You will also be hands‑on with a broad range of administrative activities, including senior management support, vendor and supplier management, invoice and expense approval, events, internal processes and documentation.

The role also has an important governance and controls element. You will ensure administrative activities comply with internal policies and procedures, oversee vendor engagement and approvals, monitor spend and budgets, prepare management information for senior management, and identify and address operational risks or control gaps.
