The Electronic Assistive Technology Team (EAT) seeks an Administrative Assistant based at the Bristol Centre for Enablement. The role supports clinical and technical teams, coordinating appointments, liaising with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and carers. Responsibilities include ordering equipment, managing stock, and updating the electronic database. The role requires planning and responsiveness to immediate needs.

We seek an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support clinical and technical staff, liaising with patients, families, carers, health and social care professionals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a desire to contribute to innovative services for a complex patient group. NHS experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
