An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wigan Admin Teams for a Team Administrator.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a broad range of administrative experience. You will be part of a team providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.
If you have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
Main duties of the job
The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Therapies Hub within Wigan Specialist Community Mental Health Team.
The post holder will handle administrative functions for managers, including minute-taking at meetings, typing letters, filing, diary management, and other general administrative duties.
