We are offering an exciting opportunity to join The Hamble School during a period of rapid improvement and change. Our vision ‘We Care, We Aim High, We Learn and Achieve Together’ encapsulates the work we do every day. Our intake numbers are increasing – we currently have 1170 students and are looking to expand our staffing further.
We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our busy Admin Office Team. The role works closely with all staff at The Hamble School, including teachers, support staff and the leadership team.In addition, the Administration Assistant works closely with students, parents and visitors to the Main Office to provide a quality and efficient service.The Administration Assistant will be busy managing and coordinating all reprographic requests from staff, providing communication to parents, supporting with Reception duties, monitoring the school’s main mailbox and monitoring office stationary stock levels.
