A regional mental health trust is seeking a dynamic administration apprentice to support their Medical Education Department. You will participate in a Business Administration Apprenticeship while providing essential clerical support and assisting in training and supervision for medical students. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office. This full-time role will be based at various locations across Kent including Maidstone.
Please note, at this stage, the role is open only to internal staff (including NHSP and Agency staff currently on placement within our organisation) and staff substantively employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Any individual who is at risk of redundancy will be given priority, provided they meet the essential criteria.
We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated, forward‑thinking administration apprentice to join our Medical Education Department. The role will be based at either the Elizabeth Raybould Centre in Dartford, St Martin's Hospital in Canterbury or Farm Villa in Maidstone (this is negotiable). It is a full‑time post (37.5 hours per week).
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and keyboard skills, be a competent typist, possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, pay attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing/challenging situations.
