Job Opportunity: Administrative Support Assistant at Hayward House Palliative Outpatient Services

We are pleased to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to join our highly supportive team at Hayward House Palliative Outpatient Services. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a palliative setting.

Our team provides a supportive work environment and opportunities for skill development. We seek a dedicated, patient-focused team member committed to delivering the highest standards of support and care to our patients and their families.

The role involves working closely with all team members, including those involved in complementary therapy, emotional support, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) members. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing efficient administration support within Outpatients and Day Therapy.
  2. Arranging transport, retrieving, and tracking notes within the department.
  3. Making outpatient appointments.
  4. Collecting and delivering samples to pathology, prescriptions, and drugs to and from the pharmacy.
