A leading cancer centre is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a full-time administrative support role. Responsibilities include managing patient data, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with clinical teams to optimize services. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at the Christie at Macclesfield on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
This role includes providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support, including collation, input, and outgoing relevant patient data. The successful candidate will work independently when required, demonstrating excellent administration skills, experience with various computer packages, and a willingness to undertake a full range of administrative duties.
Proficiency in using patient information systems for appointments and records is essential, ensuring this function is coordinated and updated accurately and promptly.
The role involves collaborating with clinical and managerial teams to optimize appointment capacity and monitor the timeliness of patient appointments.
The position requires working a variety of shifts between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm on a rota basis, with occasional work until 8:00 pm.
