Job Summary

We seek a Mandarin-speaking multitasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to assist the Project Manager in delivering projects successfully. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive to detail, and proficient in MS Office and business English. A genuine desire to support the project team is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with meeting organization, including booking, agenda setting, and minute taking.
  2. Coordinate relocations to minimize operational disruption.
  3. Track project actions and ensure timely completion.
  4. Prepare monthly project reports on status, delays, and milestones.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  6. Support other administrative tasks as needed.
  7. Assist procurement in supplier selection, including reviewing requests, developing strategies, and placing orders.
  8. Assist in supplier qualification processes, including communication, negotiations, and certification analysis.
