Job summary

Meynell Nursery & Primary School is seeking a proactive administrative receptionist to support front-of-house, greet visitors, answer calls and help with pupil/parent inquiries.

The role requires excellent communication, strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm in a busy reception. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
  • Relevant administrative qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or Customer Service).
  • Experience of working in an administrative or customer service role.

Job description

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Fluency Duty: The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and pupils, and provide advice in spoken English, is essential for this post.

Qualifications and Experience
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
