Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an administrator for the Healthy Child Programme 0-5 team based at East Grinstead Health Centre. You will support clinical staff with databases, bookings, and admin tasks, ensuring confidentiality and efficient service delivery.

The role requires independent and collaborative working, with flexibility to handle deadlines and coordinating with the Horsham Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases such as SystmOne.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Maintenance of strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with professionals, manage waiting lists, book appointments, book venues.
• Maintain stock control of resources and manage hub resources.
• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
• Provide a positive attitude and embody the organisation's values.
• Attend hub/admin team meetings and support quarterly Health & Safety risk assessments.
