A tech business is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to manage accounts and support customer operations. The role involves handling supplier communications, processing bills, and collaborating with the Customer Support team. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a salary of £26,200 per annum.

Opening and closing accounts with suppliers for tenancy start and end dates, and ensuring accurate meter readings for billing.
Answering inbound calls from suppliers and monitoring email inboxes.
Processing incoming post, ensuring all bills are paid and allocated correctly.
Auditing packages to ensure utility services are set up correctly and identifying areas needing additional information.
Managing incoming tickets from initiation to resolution.
Accurate note-taking and data entry, updating relevant spreadsheets, tickets, and packages.
Completing workload efficiently within team SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborating with the Customer Support team to address customer queries promptly.
Producing daily productivity reports.
Assisting in developing and improving processes within the Customer Operations team.
Working closely with suppliers to enhance relations and communication.
This role will primarily be based within our Broadband team.

A salary of £26,200 with annual increases.
