What You’ll Be Doing
- Opening and closing accounts with suppliers for tenancy start and end dates & ensuring accurate meter readings for correct billing.
- Answering inbound calls from suppliers and monitoring email mailboxes.
- Processing incoming post and ensuring all bills are paid and correctly allocated.
- Auditing packages to ensure utility services are correctly set up and identifying areas needing additional information.
- Managing incoming tickets through to resolution.
- Accurate note-taking and data entry, updating relevant spreadsheets, tickets, and packages.
- Completing workload efficiently within team SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Collaborating with the Customer Support team to address customer queries promptly.
- Producing daily productivity reports.
- Assisting in process development and improvements for the Customer Operations team.
- Working with suppliers to enhance relations and communication.
This role will mainly be based within our Broadband team.
