Teaching Personnel is seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support a local school in the Newbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to contribute to a welcoming and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support within the school office
  • Manage phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records
  • Support with attendance tracking, reporting, and data entry
  • Assist with organising meetings, scheduling, and diary management
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality standards are upheld at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous admin experience is essential (school-based experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems
