Job description

We have just taken a brief from our client who is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Salford. This is a temporary ongoing, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the client services team on a daily basis.
  2. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data entry.
  3. Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  4. Respond promptly and professionally to emails from both clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  6. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to meet tight deadlines.
  7. Use IT systems efficiently, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Outlook) and internet applications.
  8. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all client and team interactions.
  9. Support additional duties and tasks as required, including occasional overtime.
  10. Pay close attention to detail.
Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience in an administrative or similar office-based role.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, senior management, and external clients.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
