We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Salford. This is a temporary, ongoing, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the client services team daily.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data entry.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet tight deadlines.
  • Use IT systems efficiently, with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
  • Support additional duties as required, including occasional overtime.
