Joseph Cash Primary School invites applications for an Admin Assistant to support a busy admin team in Coventry. The post is term-time only with 37 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:30–4:30, Fri until 4:00) plus 5 training days, and the role entails handling front reception and confidential admin work.
The successful candidate will join an apprenticeship with training and development, under DBS checks and safeguarding assurances.

You will be expected to provide a professional front of house reception service and efficient administrative support to the school, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
A school office environment is very fast paced and varied, so the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, whilst remaining calm
and cope with interruptions are essential personal skills required to be successful in this role.

The Admin Assistant will work alongside experienced staff to gain knowledge and skills related to this role.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
