Job summary

Addepar is seeking an ADM Solutions Consultant in the Edinburgh area to onboard and implement the ADM data management solution for clients. You will guide clients through onboarding, collaborate with Data, Product, Client Management, and Sales teams, and ensure alignment with existing Addepar platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in finance, consulting or tech, with strong project management and a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management or consulting.
• Experience with project management and client onboarding.
• Knowledge of alternative investment data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement ADM for Addepar clients, leading project management, solution design and execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects with prioritization and context switching to completion.
• Identify and drive improvements to processes and standard methodologies as the platform grows.
• Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative and professional manner.
