Job summary

Lodge Service is recruiting a full-time Security Officer to protect staff, stock and customers across our retail client sites in the UK. You will act as a visible deterrent, deter theft, and partner with store management to deliver professional customer service.

The role requires a valid SIA license, UK right to work with 5-year history, and a smart, calm, procedure-oriented approach. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour, depending on the client, with hours upwards of 40 per week.

• This is a full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
