Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking a proactive Security Officer to join our AdHoc team in UK retail locations. You will protect staff, stock and customers, deter theft and partner with store management to uphold professional service.

The role supports multiple clients including Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Foot Locker and Cineworld, with flexible hours and pay rates from £12.71 to £16.00 per hour. A valid SIA license and UK right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA license held at time of application.
• Right to work in the UK with 5-year history.
• Strong customer service skills and smart appearance.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.
• Retail security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock & customers.

• This is a full-time position. As part of the Lodge Security AdHoc team you will be expected to work upwards of 40 hours a week, you will be asked for your availability to make sure you can fulfil this.
• The capacity of our AdHoc team will be carefully reviewed on a consistent basis to ensure that work will be available to those who want it.
• You will be expected to work across a range of retail clients including but not limited to Boots, bp, Next, Nike, Footlocker, Cineworld.
• Work will carry variable pay rates depending on the clients, ranging from £12.71 to £16.00.
