Clinical Partners is a leading UK mental health services provider seeking a Medication Management Specialist with an interest in neurodevelopmental conditions. You will review medications, support titration, and collaborate with prescribers to ensure safe prescribing practices for ADHD medications and other mental health drugs.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with NMC registration, a Non-Medical Prescriber with ADHD prescribing experience, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (Independent/Supplementary Prescriber - V300) with at least 2 years prescribing ADHD medications.
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and relevant nursing qualification.
• Experience prescribing ADHD medications (stimulants and non-stimulants) and other psychotropic meds.
• Experience with CRM Tools.
• Commitment to confidentiality in all communications and records.
• Previous work in health or social care is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee repeat prescriptions and align with titration outcomes and clinical recommendations.
• Support EPS implementation for ADHD medications.
• Contribute to ADHD Service development to ensure continuity of supply across care settings.
• Review medication use regularly and participate in MDT meetings.
• Coordinate with cardiac physiologist for ECGs prior to medication initiation when required.
• Assist in policy and procedure implementation within the pharmacy team.
• Manage administrative duties related to diagnostic assessments and medication suitability documents.
• Respond to medicine information queries.
