Job summary

ExamWorks Group is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join its Psychology & Wellbeing Team on a remote/field-based basis. The role involves neurodevelopmental assessments, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care for ADHD and autism evaluations.

You will conduct assessments, prepare clinical reports and treatment plans, and support transitions to shared care while maintaining high professional standards and CPD development.

Qualifications

• Holds current NMC registration.
• Demonstrates strong clinical assessment and report-writing skills.
• Experience or training in ADHD/autism assessment and care.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ADHD assessments and clinical reviews.
• Contribute to autism assessment pathways, including clinical interviews and history gathering.
• Produce clear clinical reports and treatment plans.
• Work closely with psychologists, psychiatrists and other team members.
• Support the transition to shared care and provide information to GP practices.
• Maintain high standards of clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, audit and service development.
• Maintain an up-to-date CPD portfolio with evidence of professional development.
• Work in accordance with governance standards.
