The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in additive manufacturing and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities include post-processing parts and programming builds according to company procedures. Qualifications

  • Strong interest in Additive Manufacturing (SLS / SLA / FDM) is required.
  • Excellent housekeeping skills and clean working practices are essential.
  • Conscientious and methodical approach is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Post-process, hand finish & complete rapid prototyping parts.
  • Remove completed builds and prepare machines for the next run.
  • Programme SLS / SLA builds in line with company procedures.

Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology has a new vacancy within the manufacturing team for an Additive Manufacturing Technician.

Responsibilities

To be an all-rounder Additive Manufacturing member of staff, enthusiastic and keen to learn all fundamental elements of the teams’ duties. This is to include:

  • To post-process, hand finish & complete rapid prototyping parts to tight deadlines.
  • To remove completed builds and make ready the machines for the next run.
  • To programme SLS / SLA builds in line with company procedures.
  • Train to be efficient in Red Bulls ERP system.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of the team.
Key Requirements
  • Experience / a strong interest in Additive Manufacturing (SLS / SLA / FDM)
  • Excellent housekeeping skills and clean working practices.
  • Good hand skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Conscientious and methodical.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
  • Have a flexible attitude to working hours (Core hours 8:30am – 5:30pm).
