Alloyed Limited is establishing a high-volume additive manufacturing facility at Harwell campus, with occasional travel to other Oxfordshire sites for training. We seek a motivated Additive Manufacturing Technician to set up, run, and monitor LPBF machines, manage depowdering and post-processing, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Normal hours are 9:00–17:30, with occasional shifts 6:00–14:30 or 13:30–22:00.

Production Solutions, a division of Alloyed, is currently setting up a serial production facility for mass producing advanced highly optimised metallic components. The premise is simple, we are developing a state-of-the-art facility for the high-volume production of additively manufactured parts for the electronics, aerospace and industrial sectors.
Production Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Additive Manufacturing Technician responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring additive manufacturing machines to produce parts to specification, including material handling and depowdering.
You will be based in Alloyed’s site in the Harwell campus, but travel to other Alloyed sites in Oxfordshire may be required from time to time for training purposes. A highly competitive remuneration package is offered.
Normal working hours 9am - 5.30pm. However, some flexibility may be required to cover morning shifts (6am-2:30pm) and evening shifts (1:30pm-10pm) on occasion.
