Job Description:

• Responsibilities include:
• Providing person-centred support to individuals and groups of learners that fosters independence and resilience.
• Contributing to and participating in annual person-centred reviews for learners with statutory plans, such as Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Acting as a role model, champion, and advocate for learners with ALN or LDD.
• Collaborating with staff and other professionals to promote learner independence.
• Supporting the provision of access arrangements and reasonable adjustments.

The successful candidate will have 5 GCSEs graded A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with additional learning needs, learning difficulties, and/or disabilities, preferably within education or a care setting.
