Cardiff and Vale Colleges award-winning Inclusive Learning team are looking for Additional Support Assistants to support learners enrolled on level 1 – level 3 courses across the college. Learners that require support will have Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities (LDD) and are taking the next step in their journey towards adulthood. Responsibilities include:The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE’s grade A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with people with additional learning needs, learning difficulties and/or disabilities and experience of working within education or a care setting.
