Role: Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant

• Full-time, long-term position
• Immediate start preferred
• Ages of students: 4-19
• Supporting students with a wide range of learning difficulties, from moderate to profound
• Working hours: 8:30 am - 3:15 pm

We are collaborating with a dedicated Special School catering to pupils aged 4-19 who have diverse learning needs, including challenging behaviors and complex disabilities. The school's core focus is on empowering students to achieve their best outcomes. The team is known for being supportive and collaborative.

Role Responsibilities:

The position involves general classroom support and 1:1 assistance across the school. Candidates should be resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a passion for fostering a love of learning among students with varied abilities and needs.

Qualifications are not mandatory; however, experience or interest in working with pupils with complex special educational needs is highly valued.
