Additional Learning Support Assistant, Stratford-upon-Avon

£27,030 - £27,438 per annum pro-rata (18 hours per week – School Term Time)

About the Job

You will assist in the educational development and pastoral support for adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in various settings. Your role includes supporting access arrangements in examinations and delivering workshops and training as needed, under the guidance of specialist tutors and the Inclusive Learning Manager.

About You
  • A relevant qualification in SEND or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills relevant to teaching.
  • Experience working with adults with SEND and understanding their specific challenges.
  • Willingness to undertake necessary training.
  • Ability to develop individual training plans, record progress, and create training materials clearly.
