TeacherActive Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an ALN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other learning needs within a specialist ASD provision. The role focuses on small-group and 1:1 support to help pupils access education in a structured, nurturing environment.

ALN Learning Support Assistant / LSA to join their specialist ASD provision.

The successful candidate will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of additional learning needs, helping them access education in a structured, nurturing and supportive environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and making a positive difference to their educational experience.

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD
• Supporting pupils with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
