The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to cover short-term absences and provide continuity of education for students across various year groups.

You will deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour, and adapt strategies to meet diverse needs while maintaining learning continuity. This role supports SEN needs and offers weekly pay and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in education settings preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexible, resilient and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse needs and maintain continuity of learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence.
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required.
