Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an adaptable Teaching Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Harrow starting in September. You will support learning across a busy classroom, assist children with engagement and development, and help pupils with additional needs in a supportive team environment.

You will work across multiple year groups, building positive relationships and collaborating with teachers to tailor support and create inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.

Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment?

We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Harrow that is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their team from September.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and willing to work across multiple year groups, as the exact class placement is still being finalised. There will be children with additional needs within the class, so candidates must be comfortable supporting pupils with SEN and adapting their approach to meet different needs.
