Job summary

Biogen UK Ltd is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, compliant day-to-day site operations and optimise AD plant performance. You will carry out maintenance and support the Planned Preventative Maintenance System, while maintaining housekeeping and collecting data for reporting.

The role requires hands-on mechanical or electrical experience, a full driving licence, and a willingness to work Monday to Friday with potential weekend OT.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician or engineer with mechanical or electrical skills.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plant maintenance, both planned and breakdowns.
• Support the Planned Preventative Maintenance system and site standards.
• Operate and monitor the anaerobic digestion plant safely and efficiently.
• Assist with housekeeping, data collection and reporting on site.
