University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust offers a cross-site rotation for Occupational Therapists across Coventry and Rugby St Cross Hospitals, enabling exposure to a wide range of acute physical health specialties.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams and develop specialist skills across areas including stroke, neurosiences, trauma, upper limb, acute medicine, elderly care, rehabilitation and more.

Qualifications

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and high-quality OT practice.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain records in line with HCPC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Carry out assessments and treatments using diverse modalities (physical, cognitive, perceptual, psychological).
• Evaluate and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and outcomes recording for all interventions.
• Manage own caseload within a defined service area with senior support as required.
• Support patient flow through timely discharge planning and community links.
