Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy recognised by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Postgraduate training or supervised competency development in FEES and/or videofluoroscopy.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage adults with swallowing and communication disorders in acute, stroke or neurological services.
• Work collaboratively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce clear clinical records and reports and contribute to discharge planning.
• Support less experienced staff, students or colleagues through supervision or coaching.
