Job summary

Bolton Associates is seeking a newly qualified GI Actuary to join a top quartile Lloyd's syndicate spanning Property, Casualty and Specialty. This role provides broad exposure and accelerates development in the actuarial field.

You will own key analyses and processes, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and strengthening the actuarial function across Underwriting, Risk, Finance, Data Science and Analytics, while collaborating on complex projects with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be a qualified actuary, ideally with more of a Capital modelling background.
• Applications from pricing and/or reserving backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key analyses and processes.
• Deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Strengthen the actuarial function's impact across the organisation.
• Work closely with teams across Underwriting, Risk, Finance, Data Science and Analytics.
• Participate in a range of complex projects alongside senior colleagues.
