Job summary

IGA Talent Solutions seeks an experienced actuarial professional in London to lead capital modelling initiatives for Lloyd's market clients. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in capital modelling and specific experience within the Lloyd's market. This role offers the opportunity to apply technical actuarial expertise to complex capital and risk-related challenges, contribute to key project deliverables, and engage with stakeholders across the insurance industry.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of relevant actuarial experience, ideally within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
• Extensive experience in capital modelling, with a strong understanding of capital requirements and risk frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience working with Lloyd's syndicates and an understanding of the Lloyd's regulatory environment.
• Hands-on experience with Internal Capital Models (ICMs), including model development, validation, governance, enhancement or review.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
