Job summary

WTW in London or Reigate is offering an apprenticeship within the Insurance Consulting and Technology team. You’ll apply actuarial modelling techniques and collaborate on client projects while balancing studies with work responsibilities.

With on-the-job training, a generous study support package and access to extensive in-house training resources, you’ll develop core technical and consulting skills and progress within the Insurance Consulting team on our Level 7 Apprenticeship scheme.

Qualifications

• A-Level Mathematics at grade A or above, with at least 136 UCAS points across three A levels.
• Highly numerate with strong mathematical/analytical mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support work and understand their strengths/limitations.

Responsibilities

• Use actuarial and statistical modelling techniques to analyse data and produce insightful results for clients.
• Present your analysis both internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with UK and global colleagues to tackle actuarial problems.
• Grow technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support.
• Learn and apply open-source tools alongside WTW tools used by the market.
• Balance studies with project responsibilities.
