Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is hiring for an early-career actuarial role based in London, with opportunities across P&C reserving, capital and pricing. You’ll work on diverse client projects from day one and receive support to pursue actuarial qualifications through the IFoA.

The role requires a 2:1 degree, A-level Maths (A) and 136 UCAS points, and offers structured training. You’ll be in-office four days a week in London, Reigate or Cambridge, with travel to other WTW offices as needed.

Qualifications

  • Highly numerate and analytical, able to solve complex problems
  • Clear and confident communicator for diverse audiences
  • Personable, approachable and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support work
  • Interest in AI, data science and emerging technologies
  • At least a 2:1 degree, A-level Math with grade A or above, 136 UCAS points or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Use actuarial and statistical modelling to analyse data and produce insights
  • Present analysis to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with UK and global colleagues on actuarial problems
  • Build core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience
  • Learn and apply open-source tools and WTW proprietary insurance tech
  • Grow through structured early-career training and expert mentorship
