Job summary

BDO UK offers a six-week Summer Internship in Actuarial, designed for a second-year undergraduate seeking valuable client experience and hands-on analysis. Induction in Coventry, followed by placement in the London office, with support from experienced colleagues throughout the internship period.

You'll work on real client data, gain actuarial insights, and may be considered for a graduate opportunity after graduation. Salary is pro rata and benefits include pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Second-year undergraduate student seeking a summer placement.
• Willingness to complete a minimum 2:2 degree requirement.
• Three A-levels (A*-C) or four Scottish Advanced Highers; UCAS points not used.
• GCSEs Maths and English at level 4 / National 5 or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work with actuaries on client projects and data analysis.
• Learn through workshops focused on our values and professional qualifications.
