Job summary

Aon is hiring an Actuarial Analyst for Reinsurance (Nordic) based in London with occasional travel to other offices. You will analyse and price reinsurance structures, quantify client risks and translate technical data into clear client recommendations.

The role involves collaboration with actuaries, brokers and cat modellers across multiple offices to deliver tailored reinsurance solutions and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in (re)insurance pricing, reserving or capital modelling.
• Expert user in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Critical thinking - problem diagnosis and solving.
• Creative, innovative and logical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working with a dynamic team of actuaries, brokers and cat modellers to brainstorm and develop solutions to our clients' problems.
• Analysing and pricing various alternative reinsurance structures to find the best fit with the client's risk appetite.
• Communicating your findings and recommendations to both the internal team and to the client to get their feedback.
