Job summary

Arthur Financial is seeking an experienced actuarial pricing professional in Leeds to broaden their portfolio performance role. You will calibrate pricing models, analyze segmentation, and help optimise the portfolio while influencing underwriting strategy with data-driven decisions.

The role requires a qualified actuary with 8+ years of pricing experience, extensive stakeholder engagement, and an interest in analytics and AI. Hybrid office presence in Leeds 2–3 days per week is expected.

We aresupporting a highly regarded insurer with a key hire within their growing portfolio management team based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced actuarial pricing professional looking to move into a broader role focused on portfolio performance, underwriting strategy and data-driven decision making.Working closely with underwriting leadership and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in pricing model calibration, segmentation analysis and portfolio optimisation, helping to shape business strategy and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified actuary with 8+ years of experience in commercial or liability pricing, extensive stakeholder engagement experience, an interest in analytics and AI, and the ability to work autonomously. This role is based in Leeds and will require 2 - 3 days a week in the office.
