Our client, a highly reputable Lloyd's/London Market Insurer, is looking to hire in their actuarial department to focus on cyber lines of business.

This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a mixed role across pricing, reserving, and other ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities include supporting class underwriters with actuarial pricing, developing exposure and experience rating models, undertaking detailed segmentation analysis, and reserving activities.

The workload is roughly split as 50% pricing, 25% reserving, and 25% other projects.

The team works three days a week in the office. They promote a highly supportive company culture, including mentorship programs.

The hiring manager is eager to speak with Part Qualified Actuaries from either general insurance or pensions consultancy backgrounds. Candidates should ideally have exposure to R/Python and a solid understanding of the Lloyd's/London Market. They can consider candidates with 6 months up to 2 years of experience.
