Job summary

London Dungeon, part of Merlin Entertainments, is seeking actors to bring our eerie and entertaining journey through London's past to life on stage. You will learn scripts quickly, deliver strong performances with clear vocal delivery, and maintain high stamina during shows.

Flexibility is essential as the attractions operate daily. You must be available on Saturdays and Sundays and willing to work exclusively for us during this period.

OI PEASANTS…WE’RE RECRUITING! Ever fancied being part of the scariest and funniest journey through London's darkest past as an Actor? With spectacular sets and costumes to match, we pride ourselves on giving our guests a truly memorable experience and it’s our Actors who really bring The London Dungeon to life!

There's a variety of characters to sink your teeth into, one day you could be ridding the city streets of the plague and the next tearing out a traitor’s tongue for betraying the King. So, your ability to learn scripts quickly and deliver strong strict performances will be paramount, as well as displaying high stamina and strong vocal ability.

Our Trainers work hard to make sure that our cast a re consistently delivering freakishly high standard shows, so we’ll need you to adopt any directions given.

Flexibility is important as our attractions are open daily and you’ll be needed to work both Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, we advise that only candidates who can offer weekend availability and are prepared to work exclusively for us during this period, should apply at this time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applications from candidates 18 and over
• Able to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Someone who is outstanding at performing scripts and character acting
• Knowledge of voice control and taking direction to deliver consistently high standard shows
• Performance skills that could be utilised to create memorable experiences for our guests
