Activity Leader – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Term-Time/Permanent Contract

Salary: £6.40-£12.21 per hour (depending on age, experience, and qualifications)

Hours: 18.75 per week, Monday to Friday 2:45-6:30pm

We are recruiting for a leading provider of out-of-school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year and is looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about children’s play and activity, who can inspire the next generation of children!

As an Activity Leader, you don't necessarily need significant experience, but you should have:

• A Passion for Working with Children: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
• Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assist with planning and delivering structured activities, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
• Responsibility and Reliability: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of children, follow policies and procedures, complete accident and incident reports, and perform safety checks.
• Communication and Engagement: Communicate professionally with team members, parents, children, and schools, representing the organization positively.
